Tiger365 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Tiger365 ("Tiger365", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Tiger365 platform at tiger365.ws, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through Tiger365, including but not limited to: online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, poker, crash games, fishing games, roulette and Andar Bahar. Where specific products carry additional rules — for example, poker hand ranking rules or sports betting settlement policies — those product-specific rules form part of these Terms and apply in addition to the general conditions set out here.

Tiger365 operates as a platform providing real-money online gaming entertainment to Pakistani players. Your use of the platform is entirely voluntary. The responsibility for understanding the risks associated with online gaming rests with you as the player.

To register and use Tiger365 you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing Tiger365 voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by Tiger365 itself or by any other gaming operator — that is currently active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You may open only one Tiger365 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information, different contact details, different devices or any combination thereof — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Tiger365 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share them with anyone. Tiger365 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Tiger365 support immediately to secure the account.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• Tiger365 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.
• Corporate or business entities may not register accounts on Tiger365.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person.

Tiger365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Funds deposited into your Tiger365 account must come from payment instruments that you own and are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. Tiger365 reserves the right to require proof of ownership for any payment method used on the platform before processing deposits or withdrawals.

Tiger365 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile money operator may apply their own transaction charges — Tiger365 has no control over or responsibility for these. All deposits are final and non-refundable once they have been credited to your account and wagered on any Tiger365 game.

Tiger365 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from within their account dashboard at any time.

Tiger365 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 5 minutes, up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: Within 2–6 hours depending on banking hours and interbank processing.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have contacted support to update your payment details. Tiger365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Tiger365 charges no fees on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account balance consists of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement. In such cases, the wagering requirement must be completed before the relevant portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.

Tiger365 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms of each bonus — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, minimum odds (for sports bets) and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published on the relevant bonus or promotions page and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules that apply to all Tiger365 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first; bonus balance is used after the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Incomplete bonuses expire and are removed from the account at expiry.
• Sports betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Tiger365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and remove related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, manipulation or exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly — they must be converted through genuine wagering activity.

All Tiger365 casino games and crash games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RNG produces statistically independent, unpredictable results for every game round. Tiger365's RNG implementation has been independently audited for statistical fairness and the certification is available for review upon request.

Crash games and select other Tiger365 titles use a provably fair system. Under this system, the outcome of each round is generated using a cryptographic hash function before the round begins. The server seed is published after each round, allowing any player to independently verify that the result was fixed before bets were placed and was not altered during the round.

Sports betting odds and market results are determined according to Tiger365's sports betting rules, published separately within the sports betting section of the platform. In cases of match abandonment, rule 4 deductions, void markets or other exceptional circumstances, Tiger365's published settlement rules govern the outcome. Tiger365's decision on sports market settlement is final.

• Tiger365 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Bets placed after the start of an event in error (where the platform did not correctly identify the match had begun) may be voided at Tiger365's discretion.
• Any game results disputed by a player must be raised within 30 days of the session in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Tiger365 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where warranted:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or any other deceptive act directed at Tiger365 or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools or any software that automates decision-making or gameplay without human input.
• Arbitrage / Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money operator in bad faith after genuinely receiving and using the deposited funds on Tiger365.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Money Laundering: Using Tiger365 to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. Tiger365 cooperates fully with law enforcement in relation to any suspected financial crime.

Tiger365 employs automated monitoring systems to detect the above behaviours. Detection results in immediate account review and, where confirmed, account termination without prior notice.

Tiger365 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that online gaming can become harmful for a minority of players and have built practical tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Tools available to all Tiger365 players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that prevent you from depositing above your chosen threshold.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your Tiger365 account for a defined cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months). During this period your account cannot be used and promotional communications will be suspended.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Tiger365 account. Once actioned, this cannot be reversed.

Tiger365's support team is trained to identify patterns of problematic play and may contact players proactively if such patterns are identified. Players who believe they or someone they know may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to make use of Tiger365's responsible gaming tools and to review our dedicated responsible gaming policy at /responsible-gaming.

Tiger365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity: accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be closed without notice.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Tiger365 will communicate with the account holder via the registered contact details. Funds held in a suspended account remain unavailable during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach involved.

You may close your Tiger365 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method upon account closure, subject to identity verification.

All content on the Tiger365 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, text, logos, sound effects, user interface elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Tiger365 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Tiger365 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any Tiger365 content for any commercial purpose.

The Tiger365 brand name, logo and associated marks may not be used in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing or any form of promotion — without Tiger365's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger365's liability to any player arising from or relating to the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tiger365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet or mobile network interruptions that cause disconnection during a game session.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment networks (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any decision made by a player based on information displayed on the Tiger365 platform, including odds, statistics or game history.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity generally.

Tiger365 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the following purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, transaction processing and customer support. Tiger365 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and Tiger365 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Tiger365 retains personal data for the period required to fulfil the purposes listed above and as required by applicable law. Players may request a copy of their personal data or request deletion of their account data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@tiger365.ws.

Tiger365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Tiger365 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Tiger365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any balance.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Tiger365 recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions at least once every three months or following any notification of changes.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of Tiger365, please contact support as follows:

• Email: support@tiger365.ws — responses within 24 hours for non-urgent matters.

When raising a dispute, please provide: your registered mobile number or email address, the date and time of the disputed transaction or game round, the game title and round ID (where applicable) and a clear description of the issue. Tiger365 will investigate all disputes promptly and in good faith. A resolution will be communicated to you within 7 business days of the dispute being received in full.

Tiger365's decision on any dispute — including sports market settlement, bonus eligibility determinations and account action — is final unless there is demonstrable technical evidence of a platform error. Players who remain unsatisfied after Tiger365's internal resolution process may raise the matter with the relevant regulatory body.
